Blessed are the eyes that see what you see!"--Luke 10:23
GOOD NEWS FROM PADRE ISLAND NATIONAL PARK!
Although some travelers may wonder
How the red tide
(different from the
red peril
you may remember from when you
were a small fry)
may affect their vacation plans
there are
STILL
miles
of clean beaches to enjoy on the Texas coast.
B-U-U-T...
if you happen to be a Gulf toadfish
a lookdown
a grunt
a pinfish
a hardhead hatfish
a snapper, a moonfish
and/or a mullet with an identity crisis
Or if you are a ladyfish
a striped mullet
a trampfish
or a gulf menhaden
If you see yourself as a spot croaker
or a Spotted sea trout
IF YOU BE A TURTLE
If you call yourself a stargazer
or Other species
You might want to swim
North of the State Park
where dead fish become less abundant!
AND
Have a ball at our sunny Beaches
at Port Aransas
South Padre Island
Packery Channel
Wilson's Cut where
very few fish have died today
Many dead fish surf
Make their way onto the beaches
Swimming dead is really catching on
